General Shipping Info

We ship from the United States and provide tracking for all orders. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order.

Orders placed outside of business hours, over the weekend or on American holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Costs

Free* Ground Shipping on orders over $150 USD (Ship Time: 3-5 Business Days)

*Orders under $150 USD will be charged a $20 USD shipping charge

Shipping Cut-Offs

Orders placed after 10:30AMPST/1:30PM EST will not be shipped until the following day.  

Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control and we are not responsible for any delays/damage during transit by the courier service or customers. 

Signature On Delivery

All orders are shipped with a Signature Requirement – this means all orders will need to signed for to be delivered. If you are not able to sign for your delivery, we recommend going to the courier website and arranging for your order to be held at the nearest pick up location to avoid your order being returned to sender.
