General Shipping Info

We ship from the United States and provide tracking for all orders. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order.

Orders placed outside of business hours, over the weekend or on American holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Costs

Free* Ground Shipping on orders over $150 USD (Ship Time: 3-5 Business Days)

*Orders under $150 USD will be charged a $20 USD shipping charge

Shipping Cut-Offs

Orders placed after 10:30AMPST/1:30PM EST will not be shipped until the following day.  

Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control and we are not responsible for any delays/damage during transit by the courier service or customers. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Once an order is delivered with Proof of Delivery, LLC Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address provided at checkout matches the address confirmed for delivery. 

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer liable for the shipment. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address and monitoring tracking updates closely. Misplaced packages are non-refundable.
